ACADEMIC AND RESEARCH ACTIVITY
First Degree in History (University of Florence), PhD in History earned at the University of Florence. Researcher of Demography at the University of Sassari, where he teaches “Statistics”, “Analysis of tourism flows” and “Forecasting methods for tourism markets”. He previously worked at the Department of Statistics of Florence and at the European University Institute of Florence.

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES DURING THE LAST DECADE IN THE FOLLOWING LINES:
His research interests have covered topics such as contemporary migration, the analysis of demographic transition, family income dynamics. In the last few years his research interests have turned to the analysis of ageing in human populations.

ACTIVIDAD ACADEMICA E INVESTIGADORA:
Grado en Historia (Universidad de Florencia) y Doctor en Historia (Universidad de Florencia). En la actualidad es investigador de Demografía en la Universidad de Sassari, donde enseña “Estadística”, “Análisis de los flujos de turismo” y “Métodos de previsión para los mercados turísticos”. Anteriormente trabajó en el Departamento de Estadística de la Universidad de Florencia y en el Instituto Universitario Europeo de Florencia.
ACTIVIDAD INVESTIGADORA DURANTE LA ÚLTIMA DÉCADA EN LAS SIGUIENTES LÍNEAS:
Sus intereses de investigación han cubierto temas como la migración contemporánea, el análisis de la transición demográfica, la dinámica de los ingresos familiares. En los últimos años, sus intereses de investigación se han dirigido al análisis del envejecimiento en las poblaciones humanas.
